Return & Refund Policy

This Returns & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made from Azal The Studio via https://azalthestudio.com.


We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return an item, please review the following policy.


1. Right of Withdrawal & Return Period


Consumers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within this 14-day period.


2. Return Conditions


To be eligible for a refund, returned items must:

  • be unworn and unused;

  • be in their original condition;

  • have all original tags attached; and

  • be returned in their original packaging, where reasonably possible.


You may inspect the goods as you would in a retail store. However, if the returned item shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functioning, we reserve the right to reduce the refund to reflect any loss in value, where permitted by law.


3. Non-Returnable Items


Certain products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or other legal reasons.

Where applicable, these exclusions will be clearly indicated on the relevant product page before purchase.


4. How to Request a Return

After reviewing your request, we will provide you with return instructions.

Please do not return items without contacting us first, as this may delay the processing of your refund.


5. Return Shipping Costs


Unless otherwise required by applicable law, customers are responsible for the cost of returning items.

If the return is the result of an incorrect, defective, or damaged item supplied by Azal The Studio, we will bear the reasonable return shipping costs.


6. Refunds


Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

Refunds will be processed without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we have received the returned goods or proof that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first.


7. Shipping Costs


Where required by applicable consumer protection laws, any standard shipping charges paid for the original order will be refunded in the event of a valid withdrawal.

Additional costs arising from the customer's choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by Azal The Studio are non-refundable.

Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by law or where the return is due to an error on our part.


8. Customs Duties & Import Fees


Customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or local handling charges imposed by customs authorities or other third parties are outside the control of Azal The Studio and are generally non-refundable.


9. Exchanges


We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size, colour, or item, we kindly ask you to place a new order after returning the original item.


10. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items


If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected] and include photographs of the issue.

We will review your request promptly and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
