Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available).

The selection of the shipping provider is made by Azal The Studio to ensure the most efficient and reliable delivery.
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed during checkout before the order is completed.
In some cases, free shipping promotions may be offered, which will be clearly indicated on the website.
For orders shipped outside Türkiye, additional customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees may apply depending on the destination country.
For orders shipped to the European Union, VAT may be covered under the IOSS (Import One Stop Shop) system where applicable. However, depending on the order value, destination country, or carrier-specific requirements, additional customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees may still apply.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping costs and are the responsibility of the customer.
Azal The Studio has no control over these charges and cannot predict their exact amount.
If a package is delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer, Azal The Studio cannot be held responsible.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details provided at checkout are accurate and complete.
If a package cannot be delivered and is returned to us, we will contact the customer to arrange reshipment or refund.
Please note that original shipping costs and any return-related carrier fees may be deducted from the refund.
